Mediators

The appointment of mediators is governed by the principle of autonomy of the will of the parties. The parties are free to agree on the number of mediators, the qualifications they must meet, and the procedure for their appointment. In the absence of agreement, it will be the Spanish Mediation Center who, after consulting with them, will appoint a mediator.
