To do this, it will take into consideration the economic interest of the controversy, its complexity and the number of parties, as well as any other circumstance that, in its opinion, could be relevant. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the common costs of mediation will be borne equally, while each party will bear its own representation expenses. When the amount of the procedure is undetermined, the costs will be calculated, in general, on the basis of €100,000. Admission rights The admission fee is €250 non-refundable. This amount can be paid by bank transfer to the name of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce – Spanish Mediation Center, to account number ES47-0182-2370-40-0201569522. Provision of funds for costs The Spanish Mediation Center will set the amount of the provision of funds that the parties will have to consign for the purposes of processing the procedure, in order to meet the fees of the mediators and the rights of administration of the procedure. Once the procedure is completed, the parties will receive the corresponding settlement of costs.
