Member Cristina Jiménez-Savurido, President and Founder of Fide, the Foundation for Research on Law and Business, has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2000.She has developed her professional career primarily in the areas of insolvency, civil procedure and corporate law, and served as a judge through the open competitive examination route, a position she held from 1990 to 1999, when she took a leave of absence.She is an accredited mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London, an independent organization and a European leader in alternative dispute resolution and one of the most prestigious worldwide. Throughout her career, she has held various positions at private training institutions, founded study and research centers in the legal field, and contributed to different publications, training courses and other activities related to the worlds of law and economics.
