President Rafael Catalá graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and entered the Higher Corps of Civil Administrators of the State by competitive examination in 1985.He has held various positions in the Public Administration: Deputy Director General of Human Resources of the Ministry of Health, Director General of the Public Service, Undersecretary of Finance, Secretary of State for Justice and Development, Minister of Justice and Development, among others.Currently, he carries out advisory and consulting work in different environments (president of the Board of Directors of Belagua, Senior Advisor at Herbert Smith Freehills, KREAB and Ocean Infraestructures Management, trustee of the Legálitas and Atlético de Madrid Foundations).
