María Jesús Fernández Cortés is founder and president of the International ProMediación Institute. In addition to managing the Institution, she is a family, civil and commercial mediator. She graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and has a degree in social work from the University of Alicante. He completed an M.B.A. at the School of Industrial Organization of Madrid and a Master in Civil and Commercial Mediation at the University of Alicante. His experience in companies in Paris and Madrid made him opt for commercial and family business mediation, although he carries out family, neighborhood and inheritance mediations, among others.

He is a member and member of the plenary session of the Spanish Mediation Center (CEM) of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and member of the European Group of Magistrates for Mediation (GEMME).

It belongs to the mediation institutions MediaIcam and Imicali, in the Alicante Chamber of Commerce and the mortgage intermediation center of the Alicante City Council. She is also an intrajudicial mediator.

Regarding his training work, he is a teacher at the ProMediación Professional School, at the University of Nebrija, in Valencia, at the Rey Juan Carlos University. He has directed training at the Colleges of Property and Commercial Registrars of Spain, Administrative Managers of Valencia. Castellón and Castilla León, Architects of the Basque Country and Navarra and Cantabria, Property Administrators of Madrid and the Alcoy Bar Association, Galicia College of Social Work, as well as other public and private institutions.

She works as a volunteer and participates in the Alicante Red Cross Equality Table.

The ProMediación International Institute is currently in the expansion phase throughout different countries in Europe and Latin America.
