Vice President Graduated in Law and in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE E-3 and belongs to the Corps of State Lawyers.From January 2012 to January 2016 he held the General Technical Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment. He had previously worked as a State Attorney in the Criminal Department of the State Attorney General's Office; as head of the Legal Service of the State Agency of Tax Administration in Extremadura and as deputy head of the Legal Service of the State Agency of Tax Administration in Madrid.
